Mila Reindeer

On a snowy night far above the Polar Circle, Reindeer herder Mila is abducted, sold at a slave market and taken all the way to southern China. At the Dragon Temple, 9-year-old Mila must forget all about her past and adapt to brutal daily routines in a boys’ world. Making friends with only younger orphan boy Wei Wan, Mila struggles with bullying students, unforgiving masters and punishing drills. Only through hard work will she master the ancient fighting art of gong fu. In secret, Mila is being trained for an important mission, though she knows little of her mysterious enemy—and even less of powers or dragons…
